My name’s Steve Frankham. Over the last 20 years or so I’ve lived and worked as a guide, travel writer, conservationist and teacher in Latin America, Africa, Asia and Europe. During that time, I’ve developed a great passion for exploring the world’s wild and untouched corners, from the plains of the Serengeti in Tanzania to the forests of Cazorla in Spain, where I currently live. Alongside this, my passion for the conservation of nature and my respect for indigenous peoples and their rights throughout the world has only increased. It is these themes I want to explore on this blog.
